Utilise all of Google’s features to your advantage.
Use of Google Docs and Sheets allow you to create word doc files, excel files etc that are saved on Google’s online cloud.
Having the online file is a huge benefit as 2 people can be editing a file at the same time.
You can also enter these files from your computer, phone, or tablet.

You don’t even need an internet connection.
Even better, you don’t have to hit the save button – it automatically does it for you.
No lost work!
Use these cloud files to track front desk stats, book and store meeting forms, and manage or track KPI’s and KPA’s
