We are looking for a sales support person to introduce prospects to our high end coaching program.

If you want to learn a successful sales system, introduce prospects to a business coaching service that you BELIEVE in, and earn great money - this is the job for you.
WHO WE WANT
In this role we are looking for results driven representatives who are looking to improve their current sales experience and work their way up into a sales role. We want people who are serious, charismatic, laser-focused and “make no excuses”.

Sales experience will be highly regarded but not necessary. What we already have is a water-proof sales system that you’ll need to be able to follow without going off on a tangent.

We love people that aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, have a conversation and build rapport. But we also need people who can be succinct, know the time to talk, and the time to stop.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful Sales Support will run stage 1 of our sales system the prospecting call. Calls will be made to a list of contacts who are varying degrees of cold-warm. Each call will take between 5-10 minutes with the key objective to book the prospect into a qualification call. 

80% of a Sales Support time will be spent on these calls. The other 20% of time will be spent on:
  •  Comprehensive data tracking and reporting to the team
  •  Emails following up prospects and sending free resources
  •  Upskilling, practicing, and reviewing your calls
You will have support from our team to locate new contacts for prospecting.

You will have achievable call targets as set by the sales director and these will be reviewed periodically dependent on the current climate.
SALARY
20 hours per week

$20 per hour

$50 per call booked (we expect that you will book 5-10 calls per day)

PLUS an additional $50 when a client that you book in signs up to our coaching program
