You must have a minimum 2 years experience in team leading or managing a team. That could include a marketing team, call centre, personal trainers or similar that is a KPI and performance driven environment.
A background including project management and task management skills
A proven history of motivating and managing a team to deliver Rockstar results.

This role is a full-time position that reports directly

to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager leads and oversees the smooth day to day running of our Adelaide office.

You will run daily stand ups/huddles to energise our team and ensure a high level of energy, and effectiveness.
You will coach and drive the success of our team in once weekly 1:1 check in meetings to ensure company alignment, value and goals are met.
You will perform quarterly performance reviews and performance coaching for our team using our structured format and report back to the COO.
You will support the COO and CEO by running a high performance, energised team to support our growth.
