We are looking for an experienced digital marketer, familiar with email systems, automation tools, managing projects and keeping on top of client and internal communications with designers, copy writers and funnel builders. 

You must have a minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing.
This is ideally suited to someone with agency experience and has excelled in overseeing multiple projects and people at a time successfully.

This role is a full-time position, based at our Norwood office, that reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Duties and Responsibilities

The right applicant will be able to:
  • ​Lead projects as directed by the head of marketing and ensure our team of designers, copywriters and funnel builders deliver projects on time. 
  • ​Prioritise task delivery
  • ​Monitor scheduled tasks of the marketing team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • ​Provide regular project overview reporting to the head of department on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • ​Lead and manage the smooth running of our online and offline client events. 
Our expectation would be that you become an expert on all aspects of our marketing process and ensure they are successfully implemented.

Please note, all processes are already systemised and you will be stepping into a role with clear direction, training and support.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
We need to hear from you if:
  • ​You have at least 2 years of project management experience in a digital role
  • ​Have used the following systems (or similar) to create and deliver marketing projects: Click Funnels, Ontraport, Active Campaign, Trello, Asana 
If you also have:
  • ​Team lead experience
  • ​Experience developing processes, setting KPIs and managing team members by way of staff reviews
